Brokerage Service
We provide best brokerage service for buying and selling of all kinds of securities listed with Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd. (NEPSE) such as shares, mutual fund debentures and bonds through Trade Management System (TMS) to our clients. We assist clients in placing orders to buy/sell through TMS. We provide online trading platform through TMS and load collateral and other trading functions. TMS are designed to provide traders with tools and features for monitoring market data, executing trades, analyzing performance, and managing risk. You can start your Online Trading with a Trade Management System account. Follow the procedure below and get the benefit of stock trading from just a click. You will need to have trading/brokers account first
- Sign the agreement paper for opening the trade management account. Go to the download section for the agreement paper.
- Fill up the agreement paper and send it back to us through email or other communication medium
- Get Username and Password for the TMS, Place buy and sell order hassle free.
Depository Service:
We are also a registered Depository participant of CDS and Clearing Limited, the central depository of Nepal. As a Depository Participants (DP), we offer various services to our valued clients. It allows us to open Demat Accounts of our client, dematerialization services, re- materialization service, pledge/unpledged of securities, share transfer etc. Depository service includes maintenance and transfer of ownership records of financial instruments (stocks, bonds, debentures, mutual funds, etc.) held by investors in an electronic form. Services offered under Depository Services:
- Open DEMAT accounts.
- Dematerialization/Rematerialization of Securities.
- Maintain records of securities in the electronic form.
- Settlement trades by transfering or receiving the securities form in Demat account.
Margin Lending
Margin lending is a type of loan that allows you to borrow money to invest, by using your existing shares, managed funds and/or cash as security.
- Open DEMAT accounts.
