We are also a registered Depository participant of CDS and Clearing Limited, the central depository of Nepal. As a Depository Participants (DP), we offer various services to our valued clients. It allows us to open Demat Accounts of our client, dematerialization services, re- materialization service, pledge/unpledged of securities, share transfer etc. Depository service includes maintenance and transfer of ownership records of financial instruments (stocks, bonds, debentures, mutual funds, etc.) held by investors in an electronic form. Services offered under Depository Services:

• Opening of DEMAT A/C of investors as a beneficial owner (BO) and Meroshare A/C
• Dematerialization of stocks
• Re-materialization of electronic stocks
• Stock Pledge and Release
• Family transfer and death transfer
• Settlement of trades by transfer/receipt of shares
• Maintain a record of securities in the electronic form
• -Online application in public issues through CASBA
